Three years ago, everything I ate made me sick with discomfort and a bloated belly. I was already on a severely restricted diet and fretted about everything that could potentially be on my menu. I felt like I was doing all the right things yet I wasn’t getting better. The greatest sadness came from feeling completely alone in my battle. I had to fall and reach bottom which was really hard to do as a health care practitioner (see my story). Ultimately, I created a Gut Rehab Program that could be tailored for all of the GI problems listed above.
My focus is on creating lifestyle changes that involve real food and not dozens of supplements. As a cook, baker, mom and real food enthusiast, I have witnessed the healing power of wholesome, natural foods. It’s my goal is to help others achieve long-lasting health and to bring awareness of the power of real foods.
