Tammy Russell MS, RD

I help people who are suffering from gastrointestinal problems such as constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), GERD/heartburn, and excess gas to heal from these issues and get better. I developed a passion for developing my Gut Rehab Program after a 3 -year struggle with SIBO and a 20+ year history of irritable bowel syndrome. I had also had over 100 courses of antibiotics throughout my life, which devastated my gut.  My focus is on formulating successful care plans and protocols for others. My business is not based on gouging clients for supplements or charging them excessively for my time.  My only goal is to help people genuinely feel better.  The protocols I develop for clients are unique, personalized and multi-faceted.  Since having gut issues can be so frustrating and overwhelming, I make it a priority to offer generous amounts of support, resources and handholding for my clients.  Alternatively, I have great experience in helping those with cardiovascular disease, insulin resistance/diabetes and obesity.  In my last position as a health coach with Health Diagnostic Laboratory, I spent a good portion of my day with those suffering from these maladies.
